Balance information
The Google Pay statement lists transactions, not your opening bank or card balances. Set the correct figures under Accounts before relying on account balances.
Balance calculation
Account opening balances before April 2026 are unknown. Displayed balances are only movements from recorded transactions until you enter actual opening balances for each account. Credit card purchases increase card dues. Paying the card or moving money between accounts is a Transfer, not a second expense.
